7 Tips On How To Lose Weight By Running

Running is a sport that anyone can do and everywhere. This cheap sport is a favorite of many people and is usually done in the morning. Running sports have many benefits for health.

Running exercise makes your limbs become healthy. Moreover, people who usually work not much motion, just sitting or office workers. With a jog at least three times a week, is enough to make your body always fit and healthy.

In addition, running sport is known to lose weight with healthy calorie burning. But to get maximum results needed some ways and tips. Here are tips on losing weight with running sports.


1. Healthy Diet
Exercise should be balanced with a healthy lifestyle, especially in consuming food. Fruits, fresh vegetables, whole grains, carbohydrates, and vegetable proteins, are a much-needed intake of the body. Especially when you do not eat meat and animal protein.

2. Use the Right Shoes
In choosing shoes do not have expensive shoes. Choose a comfortable shoe at your feet. But if there is sufficient funds to use running shoes is also better.

3. Install Target
Determine your running schedule for example in a week you run on Sunday, wednesday and jum'at. In the first week, you run 20 minutes with a distance of 2 km. Then in the next few weeks increase your target. In the fifth week for example you run with increasing duration up to 60 minutes. In this way your stomach becomes slimmer and your weight is also reduced.

4. Discipline
Tip number 4 is very difficult to do. You should strive to be consistent with a predetermined target. One time you're lazy to eat a schedule that has been targeted will be a mess.

5. Add Distance Run
Once you meet able to schedule a predefined run, you should improve your running zone. Upgrade the initially only 2 km to 4 km and so on. With so burning calories in the body each week increases and the main goal of weight loss is easy to achieve.

6. Move the place
The usual location that becomes your running zone sometimes makes you bored. Try to move to another field like in more challenging areas such as running to a winding or rocky road.

7. Running is Fun
make sporting activities run into something fun. Do not stress yourself to this exercise. Try to run with while listening to mp3 that can improve your mood.
