4 Best Foods For Brain Health

Many lay people who divide the brain into two parts of the right brain and left brain which is important. One way to maintain brain health is to maintain the consumption of healthy foods and good. 1. Fish
Oily fish such as salmon, sardines and mackerel are the best sources of Omega-3 fatty acids, which are known to improve the quality and health of the brain. Omega-3 is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that improves brain function, can not be produced by the body. Therefore, fish is very important for growth and must be a diet. According to magforwomen, adults should consume about 0.45g of Omega-3 fatty acids per day, which requires 280g of fish a week. However, 2 servings is enough for teenagers and pregnant women. Some types of marine fish that are recommended include mackerel, herring, sardines, shellfish, and pilchards. However it is not advisable to consume fast food or preserved or salted fish excessively. In addition, omega 6 is also important for brain health which can be found in eggs and milk.

2. Walnuts
Fruit is very rich in fatty acids and proteins. Walnuts are a good food for the brain and provide essential Omega-3 fatty acids in sufficient quantities.

3. Fruit from berry family
Berry family fruit is a very rich source of antioxidants that help maintain and improve brain health. They maintain brain health and fight free radicals that attack brain cells. Strawberries, cranberries, raspberries, blueberries, all these are rich sources of nutrients.

4. Fruits and vegetables
Consuming fresh fruits and vegetables adds to a healthy amount of various vitamins such as vitamins A, C, E and minerals that promote the growth of brain cells.
